To adjust the print options, open the Page Setup dialog box of Excel, by clicking the menu File / Page Setup in Excel 2003 or lower version, or the by clicking the Page Setup command in the Page Layout ribbon tab.
The hourly billing form offers common fields required by hourly service invoices, such as detailed job location, and for each service item performed, you can specify its hourly rate and hours worked. The amount of each service item is calculated automatically from hourly rate and hours worked. Then, on the bottom of the invoice form, the subtotal field calculates the sum of all the line totals, the tax field calculates the tax amount based on the tax rate specified. The 'total' is also calculated automatically using Excel formula.
