Softick RAM Drive is irreplaceable for Palm OS applications, which are unable to work with content stored in internal memory (some audio/video players, image viewers, etc).
Such applications can access files on external cards only. Softick RAM Drive solves this problem and represents internal memory as virtual expansion card(s).
All volumes have Palm OS and PC-compatible filesystem, therefore virtual volumes are useful for storing and cataloging multimedia content, documents or books.
